Feeling run down? Think B-Complex

Vitamin B Complex is needed for the proper functioning of almost every process in the body.

B complex are crucial for energy production

Vitamin B1 is needed to help convert the carbohydrates we eat into glucose. The following B Vitamins are needed at a cellular level to convert glucose into energy – Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and Biotin. A Vitamin B deficiency in any of these vitamins can lead to decreased energy production, lethargy and fatigue.

The Vitamin B Complex is also essential for correct digestion, production of HCl (Hydrochloric acid) and to assist in the breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Especially vital for good digestion are Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6. A deficiency in any of these B Vitamins can lead to impaired digestion and deficiency of essential nutrients.

The B-complex vitamins are found in brewer’s yeast, liver, whole-grain cereals, rice, nuts, milk, eggs, meats, fish, fruits, leafy green vegetables and many other foods. They are also available as tablets, gels, liquids, or injections. B Vitamins are water-soluble. It is a good idea to emphasis on food to obtain your dietary needs. However, there are cases when supplemental B complex is recommended. Examples are when there is suboptimal digestion or when the body is under excessive stress. When the body is under excessive stress, B complex usage is much higher and thus the demand will be greater.

When indicated, B complex injections are most useful for fatigue caused due to nerve damage, diabetes, sciatica, tinnitus, effects of stress, chronic disease, and a number of other conditions. The best among all the B vitamin injections is the Vitamin B-Complex 100 Injection. This is a sterile solution for intramuscular injection with a blend of all B vitamins. One ml of this B complex 100 injection contains 100 mg of thiamine, 5 mg of riboflavin, 2 mg of pyridoxine, 2 mg of pantothenic acid and 100 mg of niacin.
